- Invitation: There is no separate invitation requirement distinct from the unlock requirement below.
- Reach Friendly reputation with the Colonia Council.

- Reach Friendly reputation with the Colonia Council.
- Travel to The Divine Apparatus in Deriso.
- Confirm access at the Engineer's terminal.
Expected Result
Expected result: Baltanos is unlocked and available for Engineering services at their workshop.
