Template:License-Used with permission

This file is used with explicit permission from its rights holder. It is not released under this wiki's CC BY-SA 4.0 text license and may not be redistributed beyond this wiki without separately obtaining permission from the original rights holder. The uploader should be able to document or point to evidence of the permission granted (e.g. a message, email, or public statement from the rights holder) if asked.

Usage

The license value inserted when a contributor picks "Used with explicit permission" from the Licensing dropdown on Special:Upload. Automatically adds Category:Files needing licensing review since a permission claim is exactly the kind of thing worth a second person double-checking — describe how/from whom permission was obtained in the file description.

The outer notice uses the noexcerpt class so maintenance/editorial text is excluded from article excerpts and Page Previews.
