Anyone may copy, redistribute, and adapt it, including commercially, as long as they give appropriate attribution and license their own contributions under the same terms. Not a screenshot of Elite Dangerous — an in-game screenshot should use {{License-ED screenshot}} instead, since the underlying game assets aren't the uploader's to license.

Usage

The license value inserted when a contributor picks "CC BY-SA 4.0" from the Licensing dropdown on Special:Upload. Only use for original work the uploader created and is deliberately licensing under CC BY-SA — not for game screenshots.

The outer notice uses the noexcerpt class so maintenance/editorial text is excluded from article excerpts and Page Previews.
