• Invitation: Reach the Pilots Federation Exploration rank of Scout or higher.
• Reach Scout or higher in Exploration Rank.
• Obtain 1 unit of Meta-Alloys.

1. Reach Scout or higher in Exploration Rank.
2. Obtain 1 unit of Meta-Alloys.
3. Travel to Farseer Inc in Deciat.
4. Donate the Meta-Alloy to Felicity Farseer.
5. Enter the Engineer workshop and begin increasing your reputation with her.

Expected Result

Expected result: Felicity Farseer is unlocked and available for Engineering services at their workshop.
