Place near the bottom of an article, in the same position as
{{Engineering nav}} or other footer-level templates. Link the Update
name to its own article where one exists — see Category:Updates and
Elite Dangerous Field Manual:Updating Game Statistics. Linking the
Update name is also what lets Special:WhatLinksHere on that
Update's own page answer "which articles were affected by this update,"
with no separate per-update category needed.
