Meene is an independent system in the Core Systems, reached by Commanders pursuing Ram Tah's limpet-controller and Guardian-technology Engineering after a referral from Lei Cheung. It hosts Phoenix Base, Ram Tah's workshop and the centre of his Guardian research.[1]

Overview

  • Star: Class F (scoopable)
  • Allegiance: Independent
  • Government: Confederacy
  • Security: Medium
  • Economy: Industrial / Extraction[1]

Meene has also seen a history of Background Simulation conflict between local minor factions; check current system state before relying on any particular faction being in control when you arrive.[1]

Engineer Facility

Phoenix Base is a surface Engineer base in Meene, operated by Ram Tah.[2]

No system permit is required to enter Meene. See Ram Tah for the full discovery, invitation, and unlock requirements for his workshop.
