Preload the EDFM image information skeleton into the upload description box (standard MediaWiki mechanism, skipped automatically on re-uploads)
 
Remove raw {{EDFM image information}} skeleton prefill -- replaced by the EDFMUploadAssist extension, which generates this automatically from the new upload-form fields
