Objective

Gain access to Juri Ishmaak's Engineer services at Pater's Memorial in Giryak.

Prerequisites

Before you begin

• Discovery: Juri Ishmaak is discovered through Felicity Farseer.
• Invitation: Current Engineer data requires you to claim more than 50 Federal combat bonds.
• Reach Grade 3 access and at least one-third progress toward Grade 4 with Felicity Farseer.
• Provide the required value of Federal combat bonds to Juri.

Step-by-Step Procedure

Procedure

1. Reach Grade 3 access and at least one-third progress toward Grade 4 with Felicity Farseer.
2. Receive Felicity's referral to Juri Ishmaak.
3. Claim more than 50 Federal combat bonds.
4. Retain enough Federal combat bonds to satisfy Juri's credit-value hand-in.
5. Travel to Pater's Memorial on Giryak 2 a in Giryak.
6. Provide the required value of Federal combat bonds to Juri.
7. Enter the Engineer workshop and begin increasing your reputation with Juri.

Expected Result

Expected result: Juri Ishmaak is unlocked and available for Engineering services at their workshop.
