- Discovery: The Dweller's whereabouts are public knowledge.
- Invitation: Sell commodities at at least 5 unique Black Markets.
- Sell commodities at 5 unique Black Markets.
Step-by-Step Procedure
Procedure
- Sell commodities at 5 unique Black Markets.
- Travel to Black Hide in Wyrd.
- Pay The Dweller 500,000 CR.
- Enter the Engineer workshop and begin increasing your reputation with The Dweller.
Expected Result
Expected result: The Dweller is unlocked and available for Engineering services at their workshop.
