Objective
Gain access to Juri Ishmaak's Engineer services at Pater's Memorial in Giryak.
Prerequisites
Before you begin
- Discovery: Juri Ishmaak is discovered through Felicity Farseer.
- Invitation: Current Engineer data requires you to claim more than 50 Federal combat bonds.
- Reach Grade 3 access and at least one-third progress toward Grade 4 with Felicity Farseer.
- Provide the required value of Federal combat bonds to Juri.
Step-by-Step Procedure
Procedure
- Reach Grade 3 access and at least one-third progress toward Grade 4 with Felicity Farseer.
- Receive Felicity's referral to Juri Ishmaak.
- Claim more than 50 Federal combat bonds.
- Retain enough Federal combat bonds to satisfy Juri's credit-value hand-in.
- Travel to Pater's Memorial on Giryak 2 a in Giryak.
- Provide the required value of Federal combat bonds to Juri.
- Enter the Engineer workshop and begin increasing your reputation with Juri.
Expected Result
Expected result: Juri Ishmaak is unlocked and available for Engineering services at their workshop.
