Prerequisites
Before you begin
- Discovery: Colonel Bris Dekker is discovered through Juri Ishmaak.
- Invitation: Reach at least Friendly reputation with the Federation.
- Reach Grade 3 access and at least one-third progress toward Grade 4 with Juri Ishmaak.
- Obtain the Sol Permit by reaching Petty Officer or higher in Federal Navy Rank.
- Provide the required value of Federal combat bonds.
Step-by-Step Procedure
Procedure
- Reach Grade 3 access and at least one-third progress toward Grade 4 with Juri Ishmaak.
- Receive Juri's referral to Colonel Bris Dekker.
- Reach at least Friendly reputation with the Federation.
- Obtain the Sol Permit by reaching Petty Officer or higher in Federal Navy Rank.
- Accumulate enough Federal combat bonds for Bris's unlock requirement.
- Travel to Dekker's Yard on Iapetus in Sol.
- Provide the required value of Federal combat bonds.
- Enter the Engineer workshop and begin increasing your reputation with Bris.
Expected Result
Expected result: Colonel Bris Dekker is unlocked and available for Engineering services at their workshop.
