Objective
Gain access to Broo Tarquin's services at Broo's Legacy in the Muang system.
Prerequisites
- Hera Tani already unlocked, with enough reputation built up with her to trigger the referral (roughly grade 3–4 standing).
- Combat rank Competent or higher.
Required Materials, Equipment, and Access
A ship with enough cargo capacity to carry 50 units of Fujin Tea, purchased from Futen Spaceport in the Fujin system — it's typically sold only 5 tons at a time, so plan on several supply runs rather than one trip.
Estimated Time
Not yet confirmed — depends heavily on how far Fujin is from your current location and how much Fujin Tea is in stock per visit. Not stated in the sources checked for Broo Tarquin.
Step-by-Step Procedure
- Unlock and build reputation with Hera Tani until Broo Tarquin appears as a referral.
- Reach Combat rank Competent or higher, if not already there.
- Travel to Futen Spaceport in the Fujin system and buy Fujin Tea, a few tons at a time, until you have 50 units.
- Travel to Broo's Legacy in the Muang system.
- Deliver the 50 units of Fujin Tea at his terminal.
Expected Result
Common Mistakes
Many players think you can buy all 50 units of Fujin Tea at once, but it's limited to 5 tons per purchase. You have to do multiple trips.
Troubleshooting
- Broo Tarquin doesn't appear as a referral even with Hera Tani unlocked
- Reputation with Hera Tani may not yet be high enough — keep engineering through her until the referral triggers.
- Engineering options don't appear at Broo's Legacy after delivering the commodity
- Try relogging — this is commonly reported to be needed before newly unlocked Engineer services become available.
