Like all rare commodities, Kamitra Cigars have a single fixed production source — Hammel Terminal in Kamitra — and follow rare-goods stocking rules rather than an ordinary market's supply:<ref name="inara-cigars" />

* Only a small batch is available at any one time (allocation is typically a handful of units per visit, not the full 50).
* Stock replenishes gradually while docked, roughly every several minutes, up to a per-visit cap.
* Rares stop restocking once your hold already contains your maximum allocation, so buying, then waiting, then buying again is normally required to reach 50 units in one visit; splitting the purchase across repeat visits to Hammel Terminal also works.
