Like all rare commodities, Fujin Tea has a single fixed production source — Futen Spaceport in Fujin — and follows rare-goods stocking rules rather than an ordinary market's supply:<ref name="inara-fujin" />

* Only a small batch is available at any one time (allocation is typically around 5 units per visit, not the full 50).
* Stock replenishes gradually while docked, up to a per-visit cap, so waiting at the station between purchases can extend a single trip's total.
* Rares stop restocking once your hold already contains your maximum allocation, so reaching 50 units normally means either waiting out several restock cycles in one visit or making repeat visits to Futen Spaceport.
